Just back from a fantastic day at the L’Oréal Business Academy in Manchester, and I’m buzzing with ideas to bring back to the salon! Here at Hannah Walsh Hair we’re all about providing the best possible experience for our clients, and this event was a goldmine for exactly that.

The Academy offered a brilliant mix of industry insights, business development workshops, and the latest trends in hair care and styling. From colour techniques by L’Oréal’s top stylists to mastering the art of client consultations, there was something for everyone.
